【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoequipmentforresistanceweldingandalliedprocessesdesignedforuseinindustrialordomesticenvironments.NOTE1Typicalalliedprocessesareresistancehardandsoftsolderingorresistanceheatingachievedbymeanscomparabletoresistanceweldingequipment.ThisEuropeanStandardestablishesasuitableevaluationmethodfordeterminingtheelectromagneticfieldsinthespacearoundtheequipmentanddefinesstandardizedoperatingconditionsandmeasuringdistances.Itprovidesamethodtoshowconformitywithguidelinesorrequirementsconcerninghumanexposuretoelectromagneticfields.TheDirective2006/95/ECoftheEuropeanParliamentandtheCouncil[1],Article2,stipulatesthattheMemberStatestakeallappropriatemeasurestoensurethatelectricalequipmentmaybeplacedonthemarketonlyif,havingbeenconstructedinaccordancewithgoodengineeringpracticeinsafetymattersinforceintheCommunity,itdoesnotendangerthesafetyofpersons,domesticanimalsorpropertywhenproperlyinstalledandmaintainedandusedinapplicationsforwhichiswasmade.TheprincipalelementsofthosesafetyobjectivesarelistedinAnnexIClause2.b.ThisstandardmaybeusedinconjunctionwithEN50445fordemonstrationofconformitytotheCouncilDirectivewithreferencetohumanexposuretoelectromagneticfields(EMF).ThereareadditionalrequirementscoveredbyArticle2andAnnexIClause2.b,whicharenotincludedinthisdocument.TheCouncilRecommendation1999/519/EC[2]providesBasicRestrictionsandDerivedreferencelevelsforexposureofthegeneralpublic.ThisstandardmaybeusedfordemonstrationofresistanceweldingequipmentconformitytotheCouncilRecommendationonthisbasis,buttheremaybeadditionalspecificnationalorinternationalrequirementswhicharenotincluded.TheICNIRPGuidelines[3],onlimitsofexposuretostaticmagneticfieldsaswellasforlimitingexposureintimevaryingelectric,magneticandelectromagneticfields,provideBasicrestrictionsandDerivedreferencelevelsforbothoccupationalandgeneralexposure.ThisstandardmaybeusedfordemonstrationofequipmentconformitytoICNIRPGuidelinesonthisbasis,buttheremaybeadditionalnationalorinternationalrequirementswhicharenotincluded.ItisalsopossibletousethisdocumentasabasistodemonstrateconformityofresistanceweldingequipmenttoothernationalandinternationalguidelinesorrequirementswithregardtohumanexposurefromEMF,forexampleCouncilDirective2004/40/EC[4]ontheminimumhealthandsafetyrequirementsregardingtheexposureofworkerstotheriskarisingfromphysicalagents(electromagneticfields),ortherequirementsoftheDirective98/37/EC[5].Inthesecases,otherrestrictionsandlevelsthanthosereferencedabovemaybeused.Otherstandardsmayapplytoequipmentcoveredbythisstandard.Inparticularthisstandardcannotbeusedtodemonstrateelectromagneticcompatibilitywithotherequipment;nordoesitspecifyanyproductsafetyrequirementsotherthanthosespecificallyrelatedtohumanexposuretoelectromagneticfields.Thefrequencyrangecoveredis0Hzto300GHz.NOTE2Procedurestodemonstrateconformityarenotspecifiedforthewholefrequencyrange.
